Our incredible staff came together last month for an unforgettable employee bonding event called “Vibes & Hunts” in each of our locations—Abuja, Port Harcourt, Maiduguri, and Lagos.
The team-bonding activity was aimed at fostering team cohesiveness and collaboration through outdoor activities that not only delivered fun but also allowed interpersonal connections amongst team members. The event was a high-spirited one, and everyone participated in dancing and showing off their skills in informative and entertaining games such as icebreakers, tug of war, scavenger hunts, balloon popping, human caterpillar, etc., with winners emerging from the different locations.
We had a great time bonding in the fresh air and breathtaking scenery of the public recreation parks that served as our venues, and we ended the day on a high note with boosted morale and increased motivation.
