Friday, the 4th of March 2022, will remain fresh in the minds of our employees at SKLD.
The day started with high positive energy across our Head-office, Warehouse, Field employees as well as Retail stores across the nation. There were decorations, music, red carpet situated right at the entrance of the gate with staff names being used to carve the company’s name right on the red carpet.
It suffices to say that it was a true holiday at SKLD as staff were celebrated in special ways, awards were won and the best part- Lots of cakes, cupcakes, food, drinks, and games.
The management of SKLD understands that a company is built by the blood and sweat of its workforce and that you get the best effort from your staff not by lighting a fire beneath them, but by building a fire within them.
