Retail Sales Executive – Cashier

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will:
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure proper housekeeping at the till
• Scanning products accurately to guide against loss/damages
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience

Must-Have for the Position:
• Minimum of HND
• 1-year relevant experience
• Prior experience as a store representative
• Understanding the basics customer service principles
• Knowledge of merchandizing and product display
• Proximity to work location
